On 22nd Nov 2023, Broadcom officially acquired VMware at USD 69 billion. Since then, there has been a series of re-organization and changes within VMware. VMware has been acquired several times in the past, but this is by far the most aggressive restructuring I have experienced (the company's signboard was literately replaced on 22nd Nov itself).
6th May 2024, officially called 'Day 2', is a key milestone to the series of changes where VMware's backend system has been migrated to Broadcom's backend system. This means most of the processes which everyone (both internally and externally (to the partners and customers)) have been familiar with, will be changed. Below is a summary of new URL links to access the new resources.
